Halton Community Radio 92.3 (HCR) is part of Halton Access to Media (HAM). Each year HAM provides media training for a minimum of 75 young people aged 11 to 18 through the REACT course. Cath has recently written a screenplay for a new comedy film due out this summer, and is currently writing her debut novel.
She joined Halton Radio 18 months ago and in January took up a management position.

On Friday morning Cath Bore from Halton FM will be appearing on national television on The Wright Stuff at 9am on Channel Five as a guest book reviewer, reports the Runcorn & Widnes Weekly News.
Cath has recently graduated from Liverpool John Moore University after completing a Creative Writing degree.
